How
much does it cost to use sign up for your service?
Nothing! We do not charge an application fee
or a monthly maintenance fee.
Can
just anyone sign up for this service?
No. Due to federal law, only certain persons
are allowed access. Those include government
entities, skip tracers, collection agents, attorneys,
investigators or any other individual or profession
that is licensed. Also those with businesses
and corporate entities are allowed access to
the system.
How
am I billed?
We incorporate a system that allows you to deposit
funds into your account. Every search you run
deducts from your account balance. Your balance
is always displayed so you can keep track of
your usage.
What
if I don't use my account for a while? Does
it ever expire?
Your account will never expire unless you request
it to be closed. There is not a minimum number
of searches that are required to be run every
month, so you can use it as often or as little
as you chose.
What
if I cancel my service? Do I get my unused funds
back?
In the unlikely event you do close your account,
your unused balance will be refunded back to
you.
How
long does it take to be approved once I submit
the application?
Generally within 24 hours.
When
I run a search, how long do the results take?
All but two of our searches have immediate responses.
Only the Federal Criminal Records and the bankruptcy
checks are not immediate since the yare run
by a court researcher. National warrants, that
are coming soon, are also not immediate.
Do
you supply documentation on how to use the system?
Yes. Once you sign in as a member, you will
have access to our online user manual that goes
over every search within the system.
